Custom Sleepwear Manufacturing FAQ
Our standard MOQ starts from 100 pcs per design for in-stock fabrics. For custom-developed fabrics, MOQ starts from 200 pcs per color. We support low-MOQ trial orders for new brand launches.
We specialize in LENZING™ Modal, bamboo viscose, organic cotton, mulberry silk, linen blends, and silky satin. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. GOTS certification available for organic cotton on request.
Physical sampling takes 3-5 days for solid-color styles, 5-8 days for prints or custom printing fabrics. Bulk production lead time is 25-28 days after PP sample approval.
Yes. Full private label service includes custom woven labels, hang tags, wash care labels, and brand-ready packaging. We also support custom embroidery, screen printing, and sublimation printing for brand logos.
