Physical sampling typically takes 3 to 5 days for standard designs, or 5 to 8 days for complex constructions. For bulk production, our standard lead time is 25 to 28 days after pre-production sample approval and deposit receipt.

Sampling starts at 1 piece per style and color for standard fabrics, with physical samples delivered in 3–5 days (or 5–8 days for custom prints). Sample fees range from USD 50–150 per piece depending on construction complexity, and are fully refunded when your bulk order exceeds 200 units per style and color. Shipping is paid by the buyer via your preferred courier account (DHL/FedEx/UPS), or we can prepay and add the cost to your invoice.

Absolutely. We hold BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, and FSC certifications. We use genuine bamboo viscose, GOTS-certified organic cotton, Lenzing Modal, linen, and premium Mulberry Silk — all sourced from authorized mills. Fabric test reports for shrinkage, colorfastness, and pilling are available on request.

The deposit is negotiable; please consult directly with the sales representative. Standard production terms are EXW, but FOB Shenzhen or DAP to destination are also available, to major US, EU, and AU ports, and Middle East on request. Air transit typically takes 7–12 days door-to-door for samples and small reorders; bulk orders ship by sea in 28–35 days, depending on the destination port, with full tracking and export documentation provided.
