Questions About Custom Size Grading
What is the MOQ for custom size grading?
Size grading is included in our sampling service at no extra cost. For bulk production, our MOQ starts at 100 pieces per design/color. This allows you to test your size standards with a small batch before scaling up.
Can you work with our existing size standards?
Yes. Send us your current tech pack, size chart, or a physical sample garment, and we'll replicate or improve your grading rules. Many clients come to us with an existing standard they want to refine or adapt for a new market.
Do you support EU / UK / AU sizing?
Absolutely. We regularly convert US sizes to EU, UK, Australian, and Japanese standards. Our pattern team understands regional fit preferences and grading increments, so your end customers get the right fit in every market.
How long does the first fit sample take?
3 business days after we confirm your size requirements and fabric selection. Rush sampling is available for time-sensitive launches — let us know your deadline when you request a quote.
What if the sample fit isn't right?
We offer up to 1 rounds of PPS revisions per style at no extra sampling charge. We'll adjust the grading, sew a new sample, and send it for your approval before we lock the specs for bulk production.
Can you handle plus-size or children's grading?
Yes. We grade for all size ranges including plus, petite, toddler, and baby. Just provide your target measurement chart or reference sample, and we'll build the full size-graded tech pack for your product line.
