Rapid Prototype Sampling

For in-stock fabrics, custom prototype sampling typically takes 3-8 business days after tech pack approval.
Our standard bulk production lead time is 25-28 days after the pre-production (PP) sample is formally approved and the deposit is received. This depends on the order quantity and fabric availability.
We implement a strict 4-stage QC process: raw material inspection, in-line sewing inspection, final full inspection, and pre-shipment random check. We strictly adhere to the international AQL 2.5 standard for major defects.
