Private Label Pajamas Manufacturer FAQ
Private label manufacturing means we produce pajamas under YOUR brand name — not ours. You supply your brand logo, label design, and packaging artwork. We handle everything else: fabric procurement, pattern making, sample production, bulk manufacturing, quality control, labeling, and branded packaging. The finished products arrive with your brand identity throughout — your customers see YOUR brand, not PJGarment. This is different from OEM (where you provide the complete design) or ODM (where we design and you select). With private label, the brand identity is yours from start to finish.
The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style and color. If you order one style in one color, the MOQ is 100 pcs. If you order two styles in one color each, the MOQ is 100 pcs per style — 200 pcs total. For styles requiring custom prints, embroidery, or lace detailing, the MOQ is 200 pcs per style and color. This low MOQ is designed specifically for startup brands and small-to-medium sleepwear businesses testing new markets.
Yes. You can send us your own fabric, tech packs, patterns, or reference samples — we manufacture to your exact specifications. If you do not have a tech pack, our pattern team can convert your design sketches or reference samples into production-ready specs. We also offer LENZING-authorized Modal fabric, OEKO-TEX certified cotton, GOTS organic cotton, and mulberry silk if you prefer to use our materials. Either way, every garment carries your private label.
Sampling takes 3-5 days for standard solid-color styles, or 5-8 days for styles with custom prints, embroidery, or lace. After you approve the pre-production sample, bulk manufacturing takes 25-28 days during regular seasons and 28-32 days during Q3-Q4 peak season. Shipping by air takes 7-12 days to the USA, EU, UK, and Australia. From design approval to your warehouse, budget approximately 5-6 weeks total.
