What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the fabric and design complexity.
For solid-color sleepwear: The standard MOQ is 100 sets per style per color. This can be split across 4 different sizes in any ratio you prefer (e.g., it does not have to be strictly 25 sets per size).
For printed, embroidered, or lace sleepwear: The MOQ is generally 200 sets per style per color.
What is your standard lead time for samples and bulk production?
Lead times vary slightly based on order quantity and design details:
Sampling: 3-5 days for solid colors; 5-8 days for printed, embroidered, or lace designs.
Bulk Production: 25-28 days under normal capacity. During peak manufacturing seasons, please allow 28-32 days.
What is your sample policy? Are sample fees refundable?
Sample fees depend on the fabric costs and the complexity of your design, but generally average around $50 per piece. Yes, the sample fee is refundable. It can be fully refunded or directly deducted from your final bulk order amount. Please contact our sales team with your tech pack for an exact quote.

How do you ensure product quality before shipping?
Quality is our absolute priority. Our factory conducts a 100% internal full inspection on all garments before they leave our facility to ensure zero defects. We also fully welcome and support third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS or Intertek) arranged by your team to conduct pre-shipment inspections.
